As a Senior Project Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of MedPro. You'll lead and execute critical projects across all company functions, including finance, marketing, technology, service, and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Innovative Projects: Oversee strategic initiatives, such as CRM modifications and enhancements, AI-powered service and finance solutions, website optimization, new product and service launches, data attribution, and other transformative projects.
• Drive Digital Transformation: Champion the adoption of new technologies and digital tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Foster Collaboration: Lead cross-functional project teams, fostering collaboration and effective communication among diverse stakeholders.
• Deliver Exceptional Results: Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, monitor project progress, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  
  
  

Project Responsibilities Include but Not Limited to:

• CRM Enhancement Projects:
• Lead the planning, execution, and deployment of new features and functionalities to our existing CRM system.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to define requirements, design solutions, and develop implementation plans.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Conduct user training and provide ongoing support.
• Marketing
• Website Optimization and Revamp Oversee project timelines, resources, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver a seamless website revamp that enhances user experience and performance.
• New Service Launches Manage launch plans, within ensuring milestones, deliverables, and team alignment drive successful rollouts
• Data Attribution, Tagging, and Hygiene Coordinate teams to implement accurate tagging, clean data processes, and robust attribution models for actionable insights.
• Billing System Optimization Projects:
• Oversee the optimization of our billing system to improve accuracy, efficiency, and revenue cycle management.
• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline workflows and reduce errors.
• Collaborate with finance and IT teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems.
• Financial Reporting System Modernization Projects:
• Lead the modernization of our financial reporting system to enhance data analysis and decision-making capabilities.
• Implement advanced reporting tools and analytics to provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with finance and IT teams to ensure data accuracy and security.
• AI-Powered Initiatives:
• Explore and implement AI-powered solutions to automate tasks, improve forecasting, and enhance decision-making.
• Collaborate with data scientists and IT teams to develop and deploy AI models.
• Evaluate the impact of AI initiatives and identify opportunities for further optimization.
• Additional Project Management Responsibilities:
• Staff Augmentation Projects:
• Manage the entire lifecycle of staff augmentation projects, from requirements gathering to vendor selection and contract negotiation.
• Oversee the onboarding and offboarding of staff, ensuring a seamless transition.
• Monitor performance metrics and address any issues or concerns.
• Other Strategic Initiatives:
• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation plans to ensure project success.
• Track project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control, to optimize resource utilization.
  
  
  

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• PMP Certification: Mandatory.
• Demonstrated Power BI Skills
• Bachelor's Degree: In Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Project Management Expertise: Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the healthcare or waste management industry.
• Leadership and Communication: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and motivate teams, combined with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira) and a solid understanding of CRM systems, AI technologies, website analytics, and marketing automation tools.
• Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve project challenges.
  
  
  

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

• Lean Six Sigma: Experience in Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies.
• Working knowledge of EOS
• Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards in the medical waste disposal industry.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Consultant).
• ERP Systems: Familiarity with ERP systems and other relevant software applications.
• Digital Marketing: Experience with digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
