Job Description

All duties and responsibilities are to be performed in accordance with VITAS Healthcare Corporation’s policies, procedures, guidelines, contractual commitments, and governmental regulations.

  • Serves as the subject matter expert on the customer relationship management tool.
  • Identifies areas of opportunity and provides solutions that support organizational strategy with the CRM tool and associated reporting.
  • Creates and maintains CRM training content using Word, PowerPoint, and video.
  • Conducts training, both on-site and remotely, to support the adoption and utilization of the CRM tool.
  • Uses the sales process and methodology to best optimize the CRM and associated reporting tools to support growth (VITAS sales training provided)
  • Demonstrates strong customer service skills and an ability to present solutions to both internal and external customers.
  • Maintains user profiles and security settings to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data.
  • Leverages reporting tools, such as Power BI and Excel, to create solutions necessary for measuring and identifying productivity trends.
  • Demonstrates project management skills with an ability to collaborate with multiple teams, while managing simultaneous requests and meeting deadlines
  • Supports the sales organization with additional projects requiring analysis, reporting, and data presentation.
  • Supports various customer interactions, including external account relationships.

Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Experience

  • One to three years of prior relevant job or higher educational experience
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, for data analysis and presentation
  • Excellent presentation skills and a proven ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience using customer service skills to support internal and external customers.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize responsibilities while maintaining strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in developing and maintaining internal documentation such as business requirements, training materials, and best-practice guides.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, customer service, and IT departments.
  • Experience in developing reports and visualizations using Power BI or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with SQL preferred but not required.
  • Flexibility with travel requirements of the role

Education

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field, such as information technology, statistics, or finance, from an accredited college or university or the international equivalent required. Master’s degree preferred.
