Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy individual to support the finance operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate must have experience in inventory and pricing management and have experience with Restaurant365 accounting software and Toast POS. This candidate will be responsible for maintaining and updating the restaurant’s costing associated with purchasing and recipe/menu changes. Responsibilities:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy individual to support the finance operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate must have experience in inventory and pricing management and have experience with Restaurant365 accounting software and Toast POS. This candidate will be responsible for maintaining and updating the restaurant’s costing associated with purchasing and recipe/menu changes. Responsibilities:
- Manage Item Costing: Handle invoices, track pricing across all vendors
- Recipe Management : Update and adjust recipe's to reflect current item pricing, ensure correct item details, prices, and availability.
- Inventory control and ordering: end of period inventory management, identify discrepancies, and issue transfers amongst various locations
- Daily Sales Cash Reconciliation: Review daily sales and identify the discrepancies causing the over/shorts and adjust accordingly.
- Supplier and order management: Monitor orders and deliveries, address any issues with suppliers.
- Office organization and administrative support: Ensure smooth running of daily office tasks and assist with other operational needs.
- Experience with Restaurant365 is preferred.
- Inventory and ordering experience is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and a sense of responsibility.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members.
- Previous experience in the restaurant industry is a plus.
