Client Care - 50%
- Schedule appointments and send reminders
- Conduct follow-up and manage incoming client inquiries
- Handle client service requests (address changes, documentation, etc.)
- Support transaction processes within compliance parameters
- Register new clients and maintain accurate records
- Manage office operations and vendor relationships
- Track advisor licensing and training requirements
- Coordinate client appreciation and gifting programs
- Manage website content, social media, and email campaigns
- Document client interactions in CRM
- Draft client communications (administrative in nature)
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $47,500-$55,000
- Incentives: Bonus and/or discretionary profit-sharing
