Consolidations Coordinator

High Point, North Carolina

Full Time, Hybrid

Kathy Kuo Home is looking for a highly organized and proactive Consolidations Coordinator to support our growing design project business. This role is central to ensuring the smooth coordination of shipments, deliveries, and vendor communications tied specifically to multi-vendor design installations and high-touch client projects. You will manage the logistics workflow from purchase order through final delivery, working closely with freight carriers, vendors, warehouse teams, and our design and client services departments. Key Responsibilities

On-Site: Warehouse

Focus: Consolidations Operations & Process Development

Reports to: Consolidations Manager

• Assist with the day-to-day execution and optimization of the consolidations program within the warehouse.
• Create and assign operational tasks related to consolidations (e.g., shipment bundling, storage planning, outbound prep).
• Work closely with warehouse staff and Customer Success Sales VP to ensure consolidations are prioritized and organized efficiently.
• Track and report performance metrics such as lead times, storage usage, and consolidation volume.
• Maintain accurate records, updating shipment status, carrier information, and delivery confirmations.

Focus: Logistics Coordination Support

Reports to: Logistics Manager

• Provide administrative and tactical support to the logistics team.
• Investigate and resolve logistics-related issues, such as shipment discrepancies, damages, missing items, or client escalations.
• Assist in vendor and carrier relationship management, including streamlining onboarding and performing process efficiency audits.
• Dive into shipment documentation and reporting to identify logistics bottlenecks or improvement areas.
  
  
  

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in logistics coordination, supply chain support, or warehouse operations - preferably in a project-based or multi-vendor environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple moving parts and shifting timelines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to collaborate across teams and with external partners.
• Comfortable operating in both hands-on and administrative settings
• Knowledge of logistics documentation including bills of lading, customs forms, and packing slips.
• Proficiency with tools such as Excel/Google Sheets, shipment tracking platforms, and logistics software.
• Familiarity with white-glove delivery services and consolidated shipment planning.
• Familiarity in ERP & WMS platforms
