$68,640.00/Yr. - $70,000.00/Yr.

Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 5%

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 5%

These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.

About This Job

Axos Securities is seeking a Strategic Planning & Administration Analyst. The ideal candidate for the Strategy Analyst position is a self-starter who excels at taking responsibility for getting things done. They must be proactive, organized and have strong communication skills.

At Axos Securities, our goal is to provide Financial Advisors and Independent Broker Dealers with superior service in a digital-forward environment. Our Business Transformation team is responsible for supporting the success of our business by facilitating strategic direction, creating strategic alignment, ensuring business results, and integrating client feedback.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation of the quarterly Management Accountability Packages (MAP)
• Lead the creation of value drivers for all sales and strategy functions
• Lead the upkeep and documentation of process maps for sales and strategy functions
• Lead the delivery of the Quarterly Business Review with the leadership team
• Develop presentations and talking points for leadership to deliver at a broad variety of events
• Facilitate the scheduling, planning, and delivery of the quarterly Town Halls
• Facilitate the annual strategic planning process and the development of our annual operating plan. Create momentum through meetings, assignments, templates, etc.
• Utilize industry information, client & employee feedback, and data to deliver ad hoc research assignments
• Manage client board membership co-horts including nominations, onboarding, and retirement cycles
• Work with the PMO to support project intake and prioritization
• Work with the events team to deliver client board meetings
• Work with the marketing team to deliver client surveys
• Assess client feedback, analyze themes, socialize with stakeholders, lead action planning
  
  

Requirements

• 1 - 2 years' work experience in financial services
• Experience in the custody or clearing segment a plus
• Bachelor's degree preferred, with a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or related.
• Advanced Power Point Skills. Adept at storytelling and leading the creation of content
• Excellent at connecting dots and delivering the bottom line in written and verbal communications. A knack for summarizing detailed information clearly and concisely.
• A strong action orientation and drive for results.
• Comfort operating in changing and, at times, ambiguous environments.
• Strong collaborator who works effectively in a matrixed environment.
• Location: Denver/Centennial area strongly preferred. Alternatively, San Diego or Omaha considered.
• Travel: Limited (approximately 10 – 15% depending on the business need)
