Salary: Up to $40. per hour (commensurate with experience)

RN Supervisor Responsibilities & Duties:

• Support the Director of Nursing (DON) and Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) in managing the Nursing Department, ensuring adherence to all regulations and guidelines.
• Ensure all nursing staff comply with their job descriptions and perform to the highest standards.
• Participate in facility surveys as requested, contributing to continuous improvement efforts.
• Conduct daily rounds to verify that nursing personnel are meeting accepted standards of care.
  
  
  

RN Supervisor Qualifications & Requirements:

• Valid RN License in the State of Florida
• Minimum of 2 years of progressive nursing experience in long-term care, with managerial experience preferred
• Demonstrated leadership and management abilities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
