As a Lead Product Marketing Manager, this individual will be creative, strategic, and inspiring as they join a team of high performing product marketers. This role will focus on building and executing the product marketing strategy for the UKG Ready product. The role will include the development of marketing materials, programs, and product marketing initiatives related to UKG Ready. The Product Marketing Manager will understand the global HCM & WFM markets, including the small and mid-size business landscape. You’ll work closely with our Product Management team to craft compelling messaging, launch new products, and brief analyst and industry influencers on the strategy.

The pay range for this position is $112,300.00 to $161,400.00 USD, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation. - Collaborate with a team of high performing product marketers, developing product marketing strategies and executing against plans focused on UKG Ready
- Align closely with Product Management, understanding UKG Ready’s innovation roadmap and delivery competitive messaging and amplifying internally and externally
- Craft compelling messages across marketing channels and geographies that communicate our strengths, differentiators, and business value
- Collaborate with individuals and teams throughout the company, including Sales, Presales, Services, Marketing and Product teams to ensure they are enabled on how to effectively position new UKG Ready offerings
- Launch new products to market leading all activity including market positioning, content, pipeline acceleration programs, internal enablement, customer education and communication
- Research and analyze HCM / WFM market trends and buyer needs to improve UKG’s global positioning and messaging
- 5+ years prior Product Marketing, Product Management or Pre-sales experience
- Strong strategic planning and product launch experience
- Prior experience in the HR/payroll/WFM or marketing technology solutions into small and midsize businesses
- Effective story telling and presentation skills
- Excellent people skills with the ability to interact well with cross-functional teams
- Enthusiastic, innovative, and creative spirit
- Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills to effectively manage competing projects with tight deadlines
- Ability to think strategically and synthesize information
