Office and Design Supervisor - Print Center

AlphaGraphics Framingham, a full-service printing and marketing organization, which has serviced the MetroWest Boston area for over 30 years, is seeking an experienced Print Center Manager. The successful individual must have a print background, strong interpersonal skills and be customer oriented.

Key duties include:

• Supervising customer service, design and customer relations functions
• Participating in customer communications, order entry, file transfer and pricing
• Working with customers to ensure their graphic design requirements and/or file modifications are properly executed
• Overseeing workflow and coordinating with production functions to ensure smooth order processing
• Ordering materials from vendors as needed
• Supporting production functions as required
• Participating in pricing evaluations and making the necessary modifications in coordination with owner
• Participating in developing and implementing strategies to ensure centers continued growth

• Knowledge of Abobe products and InDesign in particular

This is a full-time position with hours of 8:00 to 4:30 (no weekends). It offers a competitive salary, great work environment and benefits including paid vacation, paid sick days, paid holidays and profit sharing.
