- Use data analysis to identify tresnds, issues, and improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate across departments to streamline reporting and metric usage.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and other visual data tools.
- Recommend data-driven solutions to leadership based on operational insights.
- Support implementation of standardized metrics and best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in business analysis or performance metrics.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel, etc.).
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Understanding of DoD structures or naval operations is a strong plus.
