Call 4 Health is a nationally recognized leader in healthcare support services, providing innovative solutions to clients across the healthcare continuum. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our remote sales team.

This entry-level role is ideal for an individual looking to build a rewarding career in sales while working in a mission-driven, collaborative environment. The Sales Development Representative will play a key role in generating and qualifying leads, re-engaging dormant accounts, and supporting client acquisition efforts through effective outbound outreach.

This is a remote-based position with structured training and development, including a 4–6 month rotation program to build sales skills, product knowledge, and client engagement strategies.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to new prospects and previously contacted leads to identifying sales opportunities.
  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments or product demonstrations in coordination with senior sales staff.
  • Engage decision-makers and introduce Call 4 Health's services in a clear, persuasive, and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM (e.g., Salesforce or HubSpot), including call outcomes, follow-up actions, and lead status.
  • Re-engage inactive accounts with personalized outreach and identify current needs or service gaps.
  • Participate in structured sales training, ongoing coaching sessions, and team meetings.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and senior sales personnel to support business development goals.
  • Demonstrate thorough knowledge of Call 4 Health’s service offerings, market positioning, and competitive differentiators.
  • Assist in identifying trends and reporting feedback to improve lead generation strategies and sales messaging.
  • Perform other duties as assigned in support of departmental goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in outbound calling, inside sales, lead generation, or customer service
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage prospects remotely
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
  • Self-starter with a high degree of initiative and accountability in a remote environment
  • Ability to work effectively in a deadline-driven, team-oriented sales culture
  • Healthcare or call center industry experience is preferred but not required

Tools and Technology

  • Standard office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • CRM and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, ZoomInfo)
  • VoIP phone systems, video conferencing platforms, and virtual collaboration tools
  • Reliable high-speed internet and home office setup

Physical & Work Requirements

  • This is a remote role requiring prolonged periods of sitting, speaking on the phone, and working at a computer.
  • Must be able to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Availability to work during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, with flexibility for occasional overtime or shift adjustment depending on business needs.
