Now Hiring: Central Supply Coordinator

Qualifications & Responsibilities:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Previous long-term care experience ordering supplies
  • Computer knowledge
  • Ability to work independently or part of a group
  • Fill requisitions from departments for routine supplies and equipment
  • Stock supply rooms and nutrition rooms on each unit with medical supplies
  • Ensure inventory is updated as required, when receiving/issuing supplies and equipment
  • Organize storage and catalog locations of supplies and equipment for efficient handling and to prevent deterioration
  • Pass out ice water to residents, make beds, and answer residents call lights.
  • Report on all accidents and incidents you observe as soon as possible.
  • Report all changes in the resident’s condition to the Charge Nurse or Unit Manger.
  • Answer phones as necessary
  • Other duties as assigned by the Unit Manager, Director of Nursing, and Administrator
