- Managing personal training schedules for all shifts.
- Developing and monitoring metrics for employee retention and satisfaction.
- Training staff to generate leads and new business through promotions, referrals, and guest passes.
- Managing employee performance through coaching and fostering a positive work environment.
- Conducting weekly meetings with direct reports to provide guidance and direction.
