About The Role

The Associate Digital Media Manager plays a critical role in activating & managing social media campaigns across a variety of channels, including social media, paid search, and retail media platforms. You will own the day-to-day management of assigned campaigns across platforms. This role is responsible for ensuring proper campaign setup, reviewing media performance, optimizing campaigns, and sharing performance insights and recommendations. In addition, you will support reporting and finance reconciliations as part of overall campaign management.

About the Internal Digital Trading Team:

The Digital Activation Hub Team at Reckitt Essential Home is a dynamic and highly skilled group dedicated to bridging the gap between marketing strategy and platform execution in digital media activations. This team is at the forefront of digital innovation, leveraging their extensive knowledge across various digital activation platforms to drive excellence in planning, execution & performance. Reporting to the Digital Trading Lead you will be responsible to making sure our Digital media is planned strategically, and executed with precision across key programmatic platforms, thus ensuring the best use of the platform capabilities are harnessed and all media best practices are followed.

Your responsibilities

  • Set-up campaigns correctly within the agreed campaign timelines.
  • Review campaign QA/set-up aligns to the media plan instructions.
  • Support Digital Retail Media Managers on activation planning tasks.
  • Ensure each campaign set-up adheres to in-platform best practices.
  • Undertake regular campaign optimizations in-platform to improve performance.
  • Provide weekly optimization recommendations to local data analysts & record key optimizations via the Optimization Logs.
  • Regularly monitor campaign performance to ensure KPI/budgets are pacing to plan.
  • Make budget/campaign adjustments in a timely manner in response to changes in-flight to media plan updates.
  • Generate and share regular performance reports with internal stakeholders.
  • Handle finance reconciliations, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of campaign budgets and expenditures.

The experience we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of managing campaigns that have exceeded benchmarks.
  • Previously worked in digital roles alongside other Account Executives / Account Managers / Programmatic Traders.
  • Industry platform certifications
  • Experience using project management tools (Jira, Monday.com etc).
  • Worked in previous agency/publisher roles preferred.

  • 2-3 years of experience in digital or retail media
  • Familiarity with Amazon Ads or Walmart Connect
  • Strong attention to detail in campaign setup and QA

Associate Digital Media Manager - Search

  • 2-3 years of experience in Google Ads or Microsoft Ads
  • Strong understanding of keyword research, ad copywriting, and bid strategies
  • Google Ads certification a plus
  • Experience with campaign pacing and budget tracking

Associate Digital Media Manager - Social Media

  • 1–2 years of experience in paid social media (Meta, TikTok)
  • Experience with campaign setup, optimization, and reporting
  • Familiarity with social media trends and creative formats

US salary ranges

USD $83,000.00 - $125,000.00

US pay transparency

The base salary range for this role will vary based on experience in job and industry, training and education, skills relevant to the position, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to the base salary, the position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is subject to change each year.
