Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the company’s IT operations, infrastructure, and cybersecurity
- Maintain and support remote and in-office work environments (hardware, software, networks)
- Manage software licensing, system updates, and cloud platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, etc.)
- Provide technical support to team members, resolving issues related to computers, connectivity, or systems
- Manage Apple OS Devices (Ipads and Iphones)
- Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices
- Evaluate and recommend new technology solutions that improve business efficiency
- Manage vendor relationships and procurement of IT-related equipment and services
- Ensure reliable data backups and disaster recovery protocols
- Collaborate with leadership to align technology initiatives with business goals
- 4+ years of experience in IT support or systems administration, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership or managerial role
- Solid knowledge of networking, cybersecurity, cloud services, and endpoint management
- Experience supporting remote teams and cloud-based infrastructure
- Proficient in managing Microsoft Windows, Google Work Suite, and common SaaS platforms
- Strong communication skills with a customer service mindset
- Must be based in the Nashville, TN area and able to occasionally travel on-site as needed
- Experience in a small business or startup environment
- Familiarity with remote monitoring and management (RMM) tools
- Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Security+, or Microsoft certifications
- Project management experience for IT implementations or upgrades
