Key Responsibilities
- Client Communication: Make outbound calls to clients to remind them of their portrait sessions scheduled for the week.
- Session Preparation: Review session details with clients, including date, time, location, and any specific instructions.
- Client Engagement: Get clients excited about their upcoming session by sharing enthusiasm and highlighting what to expect.
- Question Resolution: Answer client questions about their session, addressing concerns with professionalism and care.
- Record Keeping: Update client records with any new information or special requests discussed during calls.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm and approachable demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging in professional, friendly conversations.
- Ability to handle client inquiries with patience and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer skills for updating client records and managing schedules.
- Previous experience in customer service or client-facing roles is a plus but not required.
- Passion for creating positive experiences and building relationships.
- Hours: 25 hours per week, MondayFriday, 9:00 AM2:00 PM.
- Compensation: $21-23/hour depending on experience
