Primary Responsibilities

• The Implementation Consultant is responsible for analyzing, designing, building, testing, educating, and optimizing clinical workflows to align with client objectives. This role involves direct collaboration with clients to manage workflow design, develop process documentation, and deliver or coordinate user training. The consultant configures rules and process designs for the client’s purchased business process solutions, ensuring they function effectively. They also test and troubleshoot installed systems, documenting technical issues for escalation to product and system integration teams. Additionally, the consultant provides valuable feedback from client interactions to inform product and process improvements. Support may be delivered either on-site or remotely

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with imaging - either IT or clinical
• Experience with training clinical users on software systems
• Experience running MS SQL queries
• Ability to travel 25%
• Driver’s License and access to a reliable transportation
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with HL7 interfaces
• Experience with reporting or dictation system implementations
• Hospital software, Radiology and/or Cardiology, implementation experience
• Proven to be self-motivated and able to manage and direct task completion for peers and resources in a matrix organization

The salary range for this role is $71,600 to $140,600 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
