Description
We are looking for a full-time Family Finder to add to our Permanency team! High School diploma or G.E.D. required. Two years’ experience in juvenile intake, placement services, or other social service experience strongly preferred. Bachelor's degree may substitute for experience.
A Day in The Life of a TFI Family Finder
As a Family Finder, you will work to ensure permanency for children by identification of kinship or support relationships for children placed in out of home care with TFI. You will coordinate with case managers, relative kinship teams, caregivers, and children to create a genogram for children in care. Family Finders lead the efforts of locating connections for placement and continued family support, through the means of file reviews, background checks, use of agency databases, and online searches.
