Rockstar New York is seeking a Producer to join our Digital Marketing Team, helping cross-functional teams concept, plan and deliver ambitious projects to a massive audience across our digital channels.

We are looking for a creative, technically savvy, and proactive individual to work with our highly collaborative marketing, development and creative teams. This role will support a range of projects that will include web content, social and other digital marketing experiences. Candidates must have experience managing high-profile, technically innovative and creative projects, delivered on-time and meeting the highest standards of quality.

This is a full-time, in-office position based out of Rockstar’s NYC headquarters in Downtown Manhattan.

What We Do

  • The Rockstar Games Digital Marketing Team creates digital experiences that help fuel the reach and impact of our brand and deepen players’ relationship and engagement with our innovative products.
  • Our team leads a range of projects that include (but are not limited to) websites, social, and other digital marketing and engagement experiences.
  • We grow and evolve the tools, features and solutions relied upon by teams across the company to achieve their goals on digital channels like web.
  • Our producers foster the processes and collaboration that enable marketing, product, creative, and publishing teams to deliver their best work.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with stakeholders, design and technical leadership to refine product briefs into execution ready requirements and ambitious project milestones and deadlines.
  • Collaborate with UX and visual designers to transform bold concepts into refined and impactful features.
  • Lead communication between teams and stakeholders on a project, ensuring bi-directional feedback is delivered clearly, concisely, and understood across technical and non-technical collaborators.
  • Create and manage work in project management software, ensuring team awareness of and adherence to deadlines
  • Ensure teams have everything they need to complete projects and deliverables against inflexible delivery dates.
  • Learn the Rockstar brand to uphold creative vision and high-quality standards across all projects.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ years producer/project management experience with digital designers and creative contributors
  • BA/BS degree.

Skills

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to create, manage and deliver on deadlines with creative designers and other collaborators.
  • Proactive, able to think ahead and identify issues or bottlenecks before they arise in creative production.
  • Creating and managing timelines in project management tools (ex. Monday.com, Asana, Airtable).
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Previous experience working in gaming, entertainment or another creative industry
  • Familiarity with Agile Development methodologies.

The pay range for this position in New York State (inclusive of New York City) at the start of employment is expected to be between the range below* per year. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
