Job Duties

This is an adjunct position. Applicants will only be notified to interview if or when an instructor is needed.
Minimum Qualifications
A master’s degree with at least eighteen graduate hours in the discipline you will be teaching.
Special Note: To teach Anatomy & Physiology at a Kentucky community college, the applicant must have a master’s degree or higher and have taken at least 3 credit hours of a graduate level Anatomy or Physiology course.

- Bio 112: Intro to Biology (Lecture)
- Bio 113: Intro to Biology (Lab)
- Bio 137: Human Anatomy & Physiology I (Lecture & Lab)
- Bio 139: Human Anatomy & Physiology II (Lecture & Lab)
- Bio 225: Microbiology (Lecture & Lab)
- Lesson plan and teach courses.
- Maintain some office hours for mentoring and coaching students.
- Attend faculty success and retention activities.
- Utilization of a learning management system such as Blackboard for communication and feedback.
