We are seeking an HR Benefits & Wellness team member to join us at the corporate office in Overland Park, KS. This role is responsible for managing and continuously improving our benefits and wellness offerings to support the well-being of our team members. You will lead education, promotion, and administration of benefit programs, ensuring compliance, positive team member experiences, and strategic alignment with company goals.

Key Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the go-to expert for team member benefits and wellness programs
  • Coordinate benefit plan design, compliance, open enrollment, and vendor relationships
  • Manage 401(k) plan operations, fiduciary responsibilities, and payroll-related plan funding
  • Develop and deliver education and wellness campaigns
  • Work directly with team members on benefit inquiries, life events, and resource navigation
  • Collaborate on HR projects, events, and team initiatives that enhance the overall team member experience
  • Maintain benefit systems and work with Paylocity, our HRIS platform

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

What You Bring

  • 3–5 years of experience in benefits or wellness administration (corporate level, private employer experience preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Health Promotion, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong working knowledge of benefit laws and compliance (ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, COBRA)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems (experience with Paylocity a plus)
  • Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
  • A collaborative spirit and passion for making an impact
