Key Responsibilities
- Perform project takeoffs and assist with bid preparation
- Support contract review and compliance tasks
- Assist in cost tracking and crew/resource management
- Contribute to project scheduling, planning, and updates
- Coordinate with field personnel and subcontractors
- Track project milestones and prepare status reports
- Ensure safety compliance and participate in jobsite visits
- Maintain organized project documentation
- Participate in meetings with clients, engineers, and municipal agencies
- 2+ years of relevant experience in civil construction (preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering (preferred)
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
- Familiarity with construction drawings and estimating software is a plus
- Self-motivated and eager to grow professionally
- Valid driver's license required
