- Full-time - 40 hours/week, Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
- Accurately enter and process all web orders daily across all branch offices.
- Assist in managing order automation software and oversee the smooth processing of automated orders.
- Ensure all customer notes and special shipping instructions are carefully reviewed and followed.
- Maintain and manage backorder reports to support timely order fulfillment.
- Provide support through the RedLine customer support phone queue and assist with web order inquiries and resolutions.
- Investigate and help resolve pricing, cost discrepancies, and open order issues.
- Assist with daily receiving of products and help resolve receiving discrepancies. Serve as the primary backup for warehouse operations as needed.
- Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned to support the team and department goals.
- 3 years of office/administrative experience. Tool Crib/Machine Shop experience/knowledge.
- Ability to quickly and efficiently organize, track and follow-up on numerous details and projects.
- Must possess strong attention to detail.
- Ability to interact professionally and tactfully with internal and external customers. Strong presentation skills.
- Ability to investigate through research and conversation and resolve problems or questions.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong computer knowledge.
