As a Senior Executive Admin Assistant, you'll support the Fuel and Aviation teams with a variety of administrative and operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Expense Management: Process receipts and invoices using Concur. Utilize Coupa for supplier tasks, including setting up purchase orders (POs) and onboarding new vendors.
  • Calendar & Travel Coordination: Manage complex calendar scheduling, including executive and aircraft calendars. Ensure adherence to scheduling policies and priorities. Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars.
  • Data & Presentation Support: Assist with data visualization and reporting using Power BI. Create and format professional slide decks and presentations.


Compensation:

Starting pay range: $26.15 - $34.30‏‏‎.‏‎ ‎Actual pay may vary based on Casey’s assessment of the candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities (KSAs), related experience, education, and qualifications. Other factors impacting pay include local prevailing wages and internal equity. This position is eligible for an annual cash bonus based on company performance. Our full salary range for this role does extend beyond the hiring range listed, allowing team members the opportunity to continue to grow within the company.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • At least four years of experience in executive administration, project management or related field.
  • Proven ability to manage calendars and schedules by using good judgement.
  • Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and adapt to various competing demands.
