5i is not your traditional country club. We aspire to establish a casual, relaxed environment for golfers and non-golfers alike. We are a fun and growing company with an urban vibe. We offer indoor golf simulation, lessons, golf fittings, events, and food and beverage service.

We are seeking a Head of Facilities in Detroit, Cincinnati, Pittsburg, or Cleveland. This individual will be reporting into the Chief Development Officer. The Head of Facilities will be responsible for the preventative maintenance, repairs, and operational performance of all physical locations. This leader will manage a growing team of Facility Managers and Porters across the country, ensuring that each site continues to look its best, function smoothly, and operate safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, multi-unit environment, can scale systems, and has a proven track record in remote team leadership.

Key Responsibilities
Head of Facilities
- Supervise and mentor a team of 4+ Facility Managers and a network of on-site Porters across 30+ locations.
- Develop and implement scalable systems and SOPs for maintenance, repairs, inspections, and vendor management.
- Assist Facility Managers with their check lists, priorities, orders, etc.
- Establish KPIs to keep each location looking as great as it did when it first opened and ensure the staff and guest experience is top notch.
- Lead national strategy for preventative maintenance, emergency repairs, HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and vendor partnerships.
- Help manage budget forecasting, cost controls, and vendor contracts at both national and local levels.
- Serve as a key point of contact for Facility Managers, location GMs, and Franchisees in resolving escalated facility issues.
- Work closely with Operations, Technology, Construction, and Design teams to ensure facilities support business objectives.
- At the local Five Iron, be the Facility Manager to ensure everything is working properly and looking up to brand standards.
- 5+ years of experience in facilities or operations leadership, preferably in hospitality, retail, or multi-unit environments.
- Proven experience managing remote, geographically dispersed teams.
- Strong working knowledge of building systems, maintenance programs, and compliance regulations.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to travel periodically to Five Iron Golf locations nationwide (up to once per month).
