Position Summary
The Agency Support Assistant plays a key role in facilitating the smooth transition and ongoing support of newly acquired agencies. This entry-level position is responsible for a variety of administrative and operational tasks, including policy processing, endorsements, certificates, audits, new business submissions, and billing. Reporting to the Managing Director of Select Business, the associate will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely data entry within our policy management system. Additionally, this role serves as a liaison to newly acquired agencies, supporting their integration and helping them navigate our systems and processes effectively.

Responsibilities
- Accurately enter and maintain new business and renewal policy data in the Applied EPIC system to support both client servicing and operational efficiency
- Review carrier-issued transactions and documentation to ensure completeness and compliance with internal standards
- Organize and attach policy documents to client files, ensuring accessibility and adherence to documentation protocols
- Support account managers in delivering high-quality service by handling critical back-office functions and helping to maintain workflow continuity
- Partner with internal stakeholders and acquired agency contacts to ensure a seamless transition into operational systems and service processes
