Description

Summary: A strategic financial leader who drives corporate financial performance by developing financial models, supporting investor relations activities, and critical capital activities through comprehensive market analysis and strategic reporting.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Prepare monthly board presentations and comprehensive financial materials, developing detailed insights into financial performance and strategic metrics
  • Update and develop sophisticated financial models to support strategic decision-making and business planning
  • Prepare investor communications, including quarterly earnings calls, annual reports, and investor presentations
  • Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to inform financial strategies
  • Support corporate finance activities, including capital raising and financing initiatives
  • Work closely with FP&A department to ensure seamless communication, alignment of financial strategies, budgeting and consistent reporting across financial groups

Education/Experience

  • Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Business required
  • 5 years of related experience required and background in transaction advisory would be preferred
  • Advanced financial modelling and valuation techniques
  • Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems
  • Strong strategic and analytical thinking
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Understanding of financial regulations and accounting principles
