The Opportunity:

Suki.ai is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to join our dynamic People team. This is a critical role that will directly contribute to our ability to attract and hire top talent, especially as we continue to scale. What You'll Do:

  • Masterful Interview Scheduling: Own and expertly manage complex interview schedules for a high volume of candidates across various departments and time zones, ensuring seamless coordination between candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels. You'll be the go-to person for all scheduling logistics.
  • Elevated Candidate Experience: Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, providing timely updates, clear instructions, and a warm, welcoming experience that reflects Suki's culture. You'll ensure every candidate interaction is positive and professional.
  • Greenhouse ATS Expertise: Leverage your deep proficiency in Greenhouse ATS to manage candidate pipelines, track progress, generate reports, and maintain accurate recruiting data.
  • Recruiting Operations Support: Provide comprehensive operational support to the recruiting team, including drafting offer letters, initiating background checks, coordinating travel arrangements, and managing candidate expense reimbursements.
  • Executive Support: Provide specialized coordination support for executive-level searches, understanding the nuances of high-touch candidate management and discretion required for senior hires.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers, interviewers, and other internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient recruiting process from initial outreach to offer acceptance.
  • Onsite Presence: Maintain a consistent 5-day-per-week onsite presence in our Redwood City office, actively contributing to our collaborative and vibrant team culture.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize and streamline recruiting processes, contributing to the continuous improvement of our talent acquisition function.

What You Bring:

  • Must live on the Peninsula (San Francisco Bay Area) and be able to commute to our Redwood City office 5 days per week.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, preferably within tech or healthcare tech.
  • Demonstrated expertise in complex calendaring and scheduling logistics, managing multiple calendars in various time zones, while coordinating across diverse stakeholders.
  • Advanced proficiency with Greenhouse ATS, 70%-80% of this role will be scheduling through Greenhouse and Google Calendar. \
  • Advanced knowledge with Gsuite.
  • Proven ability to deliver an exceptional, white-glove candidate experience, particularly for executive and senior-level candidates.
  • Strong understanding of recruiting operations and processes.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and a highly collaborative team player.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple competing demands with a positive attitude.

In compliance with the State of California Pay Transparency Law, the base salary range for this role is between $85,000 - $100,000 in CA. This range is not inclusive of any discretionary bonus or equity package. When determining a candidate’s compensation, we consider a number of factors including skillset, experience, job scope, and current market data.
