Supports the BI team in creating and maintaining standard operational reports using Power BI and Excel. Focus on handling routine reporting tasks and dataset preparation.

Supports the BI team in creating and maintaining standard operational reports using Power BI and Excel. Focus on handling routine reporting tasks and dataset preparation.
Job Responsibilities
- Create and update recurring reports using Power BI and Excel based on existing templates and specifications.
- Assist in data extraction and basic SQL queries from the data lake.
- Perform data validation and ensure accuracy of reporting outputs.
- Document reporting processes and maintain internal documentation.
- Support the BI Analyst in identifying opportunities to improve or automate reporting workflows.
- Help prepare and clean datasets for analysis when needed.
- Basic to intermediate skills in Power BI and Excel.
- Foundational SQL knowledge (ability to read and modify simple queries).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Ability to follow technical instructions and clearly document steps.
- Nice to have: Experience with ERP systems or prior work in a BI or data-focused environment.
- Nice to have: Experience with Power Automate.
