Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate department or individual.
- Manage appointment schedules and coordinate meeting room bookings.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and email correspondence.
