The Supply & Inventory Planner develop the supply strategies that balance demand plan requirements with inventory health within our Americas supply distribution network.


Core Responsibilities



  • Support Data-Driven Decision Making by analyzing supply chain performance, developing insights, and crafting impactful visualizations.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally with Supply Chain, Planning, Product Development, Production and Suppliers to align operations and drive efficiency.
  • Improve Reporting & Automation by supplying to the development of digital tools, dashboards, and system improvements.
  • Manage and Optimize Inventory through effective planning, execution, and analysis to ensure material availability and cost-efficiency.
  • Support demand forecasting, capacity management, and scenario analysis for agile operations.
  • Drive Operational Excellence across logistics, procurement, warehousing, and distribution to improve service levels and reduce costs.
  • Contribute to Projects & Risk Mitigation by participating in initiatives, leading compliance, and supporting risk assessment and resolution activities.

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent supply chain and demand planning experience with multinational companies or working with international teams.
  • Knowledge of demand planning and forecasting principles
  • Experience in planning and data science.
  • Operations background (supply planning, or demand planning, or factory experience, or BU Ops).
  • Strong communication skills – can convey clearly complex problems and solutions to a diverse audience.
  • Standout colleague. Collaborative style, yet able to stand their ground.
  • Resilience. Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure.
  • Strong analytical capabilities. Enjoy working with numbers.
  • Knowledge of planning tools, such as SAP APO and Excel/Power BI.



Compensation

The salary for this position has a range of $81,631.00 - $122,447.00 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalisation of the employment offer.
