**BIM**

• Produce BIM (building information models) utilizing Revit for
  
  

design+build projects and coordination models.

• Prepare scale drawings or architectural details using BIM or other
  
  

tools.

• Assemble construction documents for projects.
• Audit the project and resolve non-compliances.
• Keep up-to-date with advancements in BIM (and related) technology.
• Implement digital information plans and strategies.
• Adhere to the latest industry standards.
• Define and assist in implementing Hutton BIM standards.
