Dunlop Sports & Srixon Cleveland Golf are seeking a highly motivated Supply Chain Anlyst who can support the rapid growth of our organization. The incumbent will play a key role in analyzing our freight and purchasing spend. Supporting with the development of key Supply Chain KPI’s and how we evaluate Supply Chain performance. The Supply Chain Analyst role will be located at our Huntington Beach Headquarters. The Supply Chain Analyst will report into the VP of Operations. We are looking for a Supply Chain Analyst who has the ability to analyze broad sets of data, identify potential opportunities within that data, and ultimately improve delivery/service and reduce costs. Specific Job Duties
- Analyze both inbound and outbound freight spend, identifying opportunities to optimize delivery and reduce costs.
- Support the development and maintenance of Supply Chain KPI’s.
- Complete Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA), analyst will need to scrutinize data to recognize and identify patterns, using data modeling techniques to summarize findings.
- Provide insights to support choice of freight forwarder, customs broker, carrier and warehousing services.
- Develop strict cost management controls for all supply chain services.
- Support financial closings for month end and year-end roll up activities as it relates to purchasing and freight data.
- Identify optimal transportation modes, routing, quantity and frequency of inbound and outbound shipments via data analysis.
- Support the management of 3PLs by providing detailed analysis of both performance and cost.
- Support the review of freight bills from freight forwarders and US Customs for accuracy.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with Dunlop’s internal and external supply chain partners.
- Partner with the Sales & Customer Experience Teams to identify Supply Chain solutions that improve customer’s experience with Dunlop Sports.
- Provide key input and support for Medium & Long-Term Planning of warehousing and supply chain capabilities & requirements.
- Review and establish policies and procedures that illustrate product flow throughout the supply chain, including ownership, responsibilities, and associated metrics and targets that demonstrate success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Planning, Sales, Customer Experience, Accounting, and our corporate supply chain partners in Japan to improve service and reduce costs.
- BS degree in Business, Logistics, Systems or a related field
- Prefer a minimum of 2 years of experience in supply chain or inventory management.
- APICS certification (CPIM or CSCP) a plus
- Experience building reports in Tableau and/or Power BI
- Experience using MRP / ERP systems
- Desire knowledge of logistics (transportation and warehousing) management
- Demonstrated experience identifying Supply Chain opportunities that positively impact service and/or cost.
- Demonstrated experience effectively partnering with Supply Chain partners to achieve positive outcomes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Power BI, Visio, & PowerPoint.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and demonstrated cost analysis.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Experience with JD Edwards ERP Systems (E1) preferred.
- Proven track record of data driven methodology to solve complex supply chain challenges.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to succinctly present recommendations.
- Self-motivated and able to prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

- Bilingual (Japanese/English) is a plus.
