This key leadership role is responsible for managing all on-site aspects of residential and commercial renovation and new construction projects, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to plans and specifications. We're looking for a proactive professional with strong construction knowledge, leadership capabilities, and proven success managing multimillion-dollar projects.

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
- Provide daily on-site coordination and supervision for all phases of construction.
- Schedule and monitor subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and inspections.
- Maintain strict adherence to project timelines, plans, specs, and safety regulations.
- Ensure quality control, job site cleanliness, and safe working environments.
- Maintain daily logs, issue non-compliance notices, and coordinate inspections.
- Identify, resolve, and communicate field conflicts or deficiencies.
- Lead subcontractor meetings, walkthroughs, and punch list completion.
- Support project budgeting, bidding, material submittals, and permit processes.
- Hire sub-tier vendors and manage project startup and closure responsibilities.
- 10+ years of verifiable construction supervision experience.
- Proven experience managing $5M-$20M projects.
- Strong technical knowledge of residential and commercial construction methods.
- Proficiency with Procore and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Project).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.
- Experience in multifamily construction is preferred.
- OSHA 30 certification required.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field experience preferred.
