- The Nurse practices independently in a clinical setting, providing routine and complex care while managing long-term goals and contingencies.
- Meets competency expectations related to self-leadership and team leadership.
- Utilizes the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation—aligned with ANA standards.
- Addresses patients' psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs, administering medications, monitoring effects, and documenting care.
- Assesses learning needs and provides education to patients, families, and caregivers.
- Requires a BSN (preferred), at least 1 year of relevant experience, RN license, BLS, and certifications such as NRP, ACLS, and specialized fetal monitoring.
- New hires must complete orientation and competency validations within specified time frames.
- Experience in perinatal care or related residency preferred.
- Work schedule is from 7PM to 7AM, full-time position.
