- Works in a versatile role promoting professionalism, autonomy, and excellence in nursing practice.
- Utilizes evidence-based nursing processes to care for a diverse patient caseload within scope of service.
- Collaborates with an inter-professional team, acting as guide, healer, teacher, and leader.
- Ensures compliance with Ohio Nurse Practice Act, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Requires graduation from an accredited nursing program, with BSN preferred or obtained within 5 years; alternative options available for experienced RNs.
- Must hold a valid Ohio RN license and current BLS certification.
- Minimum of 1 year acute care RN experience is required.
- Must have strong organization, multitasking, communication skills, and basic computer knowledge.
