Key Responsibilities
- Sales Process Development: Design and implement an effective sales strategy to streamline client acquisition and retention.
- Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, cold calling, and networking.
- Client Visits: Conduct regular in-person meetings with prospective and existing clients to understand their logistics needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status; provide regular reports to management.
- Experience: 2+ years in sales, preferably within the logistics or supply chain industry.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.

- Proven ability to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite or CRM software.
- Ability to analyze market trends and data to make informed decisions.
