Seeking a Nurse Coordinator, Quality & Compliance for the Blood and Marrow & Cellular Therapy Program, working Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with a salary range of $71,676–$106,121 based on experience.
- Responsible for developing and reviewing quality plans, SOPs, and conducting audits to ensure FDA and accreditation compliance.
- Coordinate education programs, assist with data management, and lead process improvement initiatives.
- Serve as the primary liaison for regulatory and accreditation site visits, reporting on quality performance.
- Requires a BSN or related healthcare degree, RN licensure, 3+ years nursing experience, and knowledge of healthcare regulations. Preferred qualifications include 5+ years clinical experience, cellular therapy expertise, and advanced degrees.
- Strong communication, leadership, and collaborative skills are essential. Physical demands include mobility and light lifting.
