RN, Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery

Summary: An experienced Nurse in a similar clinical setting practices independently, providing routine and complex care while managing long-term goals. Demonstrates awareness of all relevant aspects of patient situations and delegates appropriately to care providers.

• Meets expectations of core nursing competencies, utilizing the nursing process for assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
• Addresses psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families, providing education and resources.
• Administers medications and treatments per protocol, monitors effects, and documents patient information.
• Assesses learning needs and educates patients and families.
  
  

Requirements: Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred, with at least 1 year of related experience. Must hold an active RN license and certifications including BLS, NRP, ACLS, and relevant fetal monitoring credentials. New hires must complete orientation and competency validation within specified timeframes.

Work schedule: 7PM - 7AM, part-time.
