  • Omnichannel agent that can support live chat, email, SMS, and Social Media.
  • Base language is English, proficient in both verbal and written communications
  • Agents are available as well for administrative tasks
  • Agent profile: Voice only. Will be required to meet with clients via video meetings to troubleshoot issues
  • Uses Salesforce and RingCentral for CRM needs.
  • Important: Entra ID experience and a basic understanding of SQL scripts.

  • Receives around 280-300 inquiries a month.
