SUMMARY:
Responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the completion of specific projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and according to the defined scope. Manage all aspects of a project's lifecycle, from initiation to closure, including defining scope, creating workflow schedules, allocating resources, managing risks, and communicating with stakeholders.

Qualification Requirements
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree preferred; Associates Degree in construction management, design, architecture, civil engineering or business required, or a combination of 5 or more years of relevant education and experience.
Special Qualifications
Minimum 5 years demonstrated experience in construction management and estimation, commercial/industrial building systems, expertise in construction and project management methodologies, electrical/mechanical/site infrastructure, asset management, life safety, AIA contract development. Excellent coordination skills, planning,organizational skills, and communication skills, both written and verbal required. Proficiency in project management software, project scheduling tools, cost estimation software, and applicable Microsoft software required.
This position requires a Level 2 Gaming License
Language Skills
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, such as policy and procedure manuals, maintenance instructions, and other related documents. Ability to write effective reports and memos. Ability to respond to inquiries from employees, guests, ability to communicate effectively in one-on-one, small group, and large group situations.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent, and to interpret data from graphs.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common sense reasoning to variety of situations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Include The Following
- Manages and works on assigned Capital Expenditure Projects.
- Manages and works on assigned construction, expansion and renovation projects for the Property.
- Defines the scope of work on assigned projects. Plans space requirements, interacts with developers, architects, contractors, designers, and other consultants, to ensure proper design, furniture and equipment needs.
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation plans.
- Ensures projects meet industry leading quality standards and prepares the most cost-effective project solutions.
- Manages and tracks project budgets and resource allocations.
- Develops methods to track workflow schedules to accommodate and monitor design and construction progress.
- Facilitates the definition of project missions, goals, tasks and resource requirements and resolves or assists in the resolution of conflicts.
- Plans, manages, and provides additional services as needed.
- Facilitates change management by adapting and implementing changes in project scope, schedule, budget, resources, etc.
- Manages relationships with the various stakeholders of the assigned project that include external vendors, internal team members, and senior management, by providing clear communication on all aspects of the assigned project. Efficiently utilizes project management software.
