We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide quality nursing care in a warm, home-like environment.
- Assess, communicate, and document residents’ health status accurately.
- Report significant changes to the care team and coordinate with providers.
- Supervise and mentor Resident Care Assistants and Lead RCAs.
- Balance resident independence with care needs and prevent elder abuse.
- Respond effectively to emergencies and follow safety protocols.
- Requirements include a current RN license, CPR certification, and 1-2 years of experience, preferably with the elderly.
