Clinician I, FIT Citrus Heights

Seeking a mental health clinician with a Master’s in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling, and a valid license (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT) or registration as an Associate (ACSW, APCC, AMFT). Must have ≥1 year experience working with adolescents and families.

• Provide culturally competent, strength-based mental health services in various settings, including home, school, and community.
• Complete assessments, treatment plans, documentation, and billable services per guidelines.
• Coordinate care, offer resources, and ensure safety planning while utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Participate in supervision, team meetings, and agency initiatives, maintaining positive community relationships.
• Starting salary ranges from $68,640 to $74,000 DOE, with a $1,500 hiring bonus. Must adhere to confidentiality, professional ethics, and agency policies. Equal opportunity employer.
