RN, Registered Nurse - Ambulatory Surgery Center - Full Time

Summary: The competent Nurse independently practices in a similar clinical setting, managing routine and complex care with awareness of all relevant aspects.

• Provides care aligned with ANA standards, utilizing the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
• Addresses patients' psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs, while making appropriate assignments and delegations.
• Administers medications and treatments according to protocol, monitors for side-effects, and documents patient information accurately.
• Assesses learning needs and provides education to patients, families, and caregivers.
• Demonstrates leadership skills consistent with core competencies, and continues to develop clinical management capabilities.
  
  

Requirements include a BSN preferred, at least 1 year of related experience, BLS certification, and an active RN license in the state or compact.
