The pay range is $92,000.00 - $166,000.00

A role at Target Printing Services (TPS) means becoming part of a dynamic team that drives the strategy of internal partners such as Marketing and Store Operations through print and kitting projects. The TPS team has a wide range of responsibilities including but not limited to planning, press, fulfillment, and distribution, enabling us to positively impact guest and team member experiences while embodying Target’s core values.
As the Sr. Manager of Printing Services Operations, you will lead and develop a team of production managers in a fast-paced 24/7 operations environment. As a leader, your top priority is building a positive, safety-first, team culture with a focus on development and accountability by setting clear expectations and providing feedback on performance as a part of your everyday routine. You will lead the hiring, on-boarding, and training of new managers and team members, with a keen focus on building a talent pipeline.
As the Sr. Manager, you are responsible for overseeing the coordination of projects, monitoring product and packaging quality, adherence to the production schedule, equipment maintenance and the execution of best safety practices in everyday work. You will leverage strong thought and communication skills to partner both internally and externally on run-state projects as well as scoping future initiatives for Target Printing Services. You will be responsible for thinking critically to assess the business and develop short-term and long-term plans that will drive process efficiencies. In addition, you str responsible for delivering on other tasks or special projects as assigned by the Director of Target Printing Services Operations.

About You
- Four-year degree or equivalent experience in an operational or print shop setting.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to handle changing priorities and use of good judgement in demanding situations.
- A proven track record for leading teams, developing others, and managing performance.
- Ability to motivate others with strong conflict management and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with the full staffing lifecycle, including interviewing, hiring, performance management, promotions and termination.
- Flexibility to work variable shifts as needed in a 24/7 environment.
