Seeking Home Health Nurse with sign-on bonuses up to $10,000, earning $30.23-$48.37/hr.
- Provide nursing care using the nursing process, coordinating patient services, referrals, and resources.
- Supervise Home Health Aides and ensure quality patient care.
- Qualifications include RN license, CPR certification, and a valid Illinois driver’s license with vehicle and insurance.
- Preferred BSN and at least 2 years of acute care or home health experience.
- Perform assessments, develop and revise care plans, and communicate with interdisciplinary teams.
- Supervise LPNs and HHAs, document care, and promote patient education.
- Participate in quality improvement, safety initiatives, and professional development activities.
- Adhere to ethical standards, advocate for patients, and manage equipment responsibly.
- Flexible for after-hours care and rotating shifts.
