The Revenue Analyst supports the commercial strategy for a portfolio of hotels by assisting with pricing analysis, reporting, and inventory management. This entry-level position is ideal for someone looking to begin a career in revenue management within the hospitality industry, with opportunities for training and advancement.

Key Responsibilities

Support & System Maintenance

  • Assist with updating and maintaining pricing and inventory in brand systems (Hilton GRO and Marriott OYv2).
  • Help prepare weekly revenue strategy call materials and participate in meetings to learn and contribute insights.
  • Monitor system alerts and assist in making basic recommendations under guidance from senior team members.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Compile and analyze reports such as STR, Demand360, and internal performance data.
  • Support the team in identifying trends and opportunities based on data.
  • Help maintain competitive rate shops and event tracking calendars.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Communicate regularly with property teams (GMs, Directors of Sales) to gather information and align on data inputs.
  • Coordinate with the corporate revenue team to ensure consistency and data accuracy.
  • Present findings in a clear and professional manner.

Skills & Attributes

  • Strong interest in data analysis, pricing strategy, and hotel industry trends.
  • Basic understanding of hotel distribution and key performance indicators (RevPAR, ADR, Occupancy) preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable learning new systems and tools.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Education And Experience

  • Education: BA/BS in Hospitality, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (or current student nearing graduation).
  • Experience: Internship or exposure to hotel operations, sales, or analytics preferred but not required.

Additional Information

  • Must be able to manage multiple tasks with deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • This is NOT a remote position and will be office- based in the Middle TN area.
  • Occasional travel may be required to support in-person meetings or training.
