The Wellness Collective in Sioux Falls, SD is seeking a dedicated and compassionate PRN Employee Relations Support.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for employees to enhance workplace culture and foster positive workplace experiences
• Guide employees through conflict resolution processes
• Facilitate communication
• Offer resources and tools for effective communication
• Assist in developing strategies for collaboration.
  
  

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills
• Empathy and understanding towards others
• Ability to remain calm, neutral, and composed
• Experience in conflict resolution or human resources preferred
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
  
  

The ideal candidate will be available to schedule as needed, coordinating times that work for all parties.

Additional tasks may be agreed upon, as identified to further support the team.
