Job Title: Programs Manager
- Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week, Monday–Friday)
- Salary: Starting at $50,000

Program Oversight & Development
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the GROW and Community Coaching Programs
- Lead program development and ensure ongoing innovation and quality improvement
- Oversight on all individualized client programming and supports
- Monitor program goals, outcomes, and client progress
- Supervise and support direct service staff, job coaches, and program leads
- Lead staff training, scheduling, and performance evaluations in coordination with the CEO
- Participate in the hiring process, including reviewing applications, conducting interviews, and onboarding new team members
- Foster a collaborative, mission-driven team culture
- Ensure compliance with all state contract and Medicaid waiver requirements
- Oversee documentation, billing, and reporting in alignment with state, grant and funder expectations
- Provide oversight for case management, including client plans, progress notes, and reviews
- Assist in budget development and monitor program-related expenses
- Track program metrics and data for reporting, grant applications, and evaluation
- Support fundraising efforts as needed, including events and donor engagement

Must Have:
- Age 18+ with a high school diploma or GED
- Las Vegas residency
- Clean federally mandated background check
- Two years of management or team leadership
- One year of experience in education or disability services
- CPR certification
- Proficiency in Google Workspace
- Lift/move up to 50 lbs
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting
- Ability to handle workplace stress
