JOB REQUIREMENTS: Provide supervision and assist clients in reaching
successful pretrial supervision outcomes through case management that
targets individual barriers and needs Complete assessments aimed at
identifying barriers and needs Help ensure the client attends all court
appearances and remains arrest-free Help ensure that clients understand
all release conditions and follow them Refer to & have knowledge of
available community resources Prepare and submit accurate court reports
on the client\'s status and progress Maintain accurate and verified data
records in the client database Other duties as assigned \*\*\*\*\* OTHER
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: A Bachelor\'s degree (or an Associate\'s
degree, plus at minimum one year of relevant employment within the
field) from an accredited university or college in psychology, social
work, sociology, criminal justice, or another related social sciences
field Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (including Outlook, Word,
and Excel) Previous criminal justice experience or internship in related
field preferred Fluency in Spanish, spoken and written Organized,
attentive to detail, ability to multi-task, work independently
Demonstrated ability to work well with individuals from diverse
economic, racial, and ethnic backgrounds Pass a pre-employment
background check Valid driver\'s license and automobile with insurance
